Perfectly sized for 1-2 people; although living room sofa does pull out into a bed for extra guests/children.  Stay for 1 day or 1 year.  All utilities included. We can custom curate your stay. 

Location: 1/4 mile from downtown Loveland with easy walkability, access to ride shares. Plentiful nearby restaurants, breweries, shops, theaters. 

Kitchen: Granite counters, under mount sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, garbage disposal, automatic ice maker, microwave, electric stove, oven, under cabinet lighting.  Stocked cleaning supplies, paper towels, coffee station (tea, coffee, sugar, honey straws, half and half)

Living room: Couch pulls out into a bed, Ruggable floor rug, Smart TV (bring your logins), dining area, open to kitchen.

One Bedroom: Queen size bed, wood blinds and black out curtains, large closet with shelves and hangers, laundry basket, iron, small ironing board, tasteful artwork, linens, multilayer blankets.

Laundry: Free, in unit stackable washer and dryer with starter supply detergent and dryer sheets.

Bathroom: Stand up shower with tile surround, pebble floor, large medicine cabinet. Stocked sewing kit, First Aid kit, toilet paper, linens

Outdoor: Fenced perimeter (shared), outdoor locked storage unit available. Free off street parking.
